Job Description
Ensure that industry liaison trainings are properly delivered in collaboration with implementing companies;
Take lead in selection process of companies to host training.
Monitor training in Industry –Based Training.
Initiate and coordinate all activities related to the Recognition of Prior Learning program and other interventions;
Liaise with NESA to certify graduates
Maintain database of the trainees.
Observe gender balance and give a particular attention to vulnerable women during enrolment of trainees.
Regularly update information on the private sector engagement in skills development and prepare appropriate plans on industry involvement for TVET students;
Working closely with PSF (Chamber of tourism), RDB to identify IBT companies in hospitality and tourism sector.
Work hand in hand with project manager to handle the daily implementation process of training.
Organize & prepare the National Skills Competition in tourism and hospitality sector as stipulated in the project objectives.
Ensure close monitoring of production units in implementing TVET institutions.
Perform any other tasks assigned by supervisor;
