 King Faisal Hospital, Rwanda (KFH, R) now invites eligible and qualified bidders to submit their bids for the tender for Tender for Reformation of Administration block and brick block renovation works at King Faisal Hospital Rwanda as indicated in detail in the BOQ’s.

1. Tender documents may be obtained from the King Faisal Hospital Rwanda, Procurement Department from 8h30 to 16h30 hours, Monday to Friday, except on public holidays and week-ends upon presentation of proof of payment of a non-refundable fee of 10,000 Rwf to the account No. 00289-06969456-38 opened at Bank of Kigali.
2. Participation is open on equal conditions to all persons or firms interested in this tender.
3. The bids shall be accompanied by a bid security of four Million Rwandan Francs (Rwf 4,000,000) issued by a reputable financial institution (Bank in Rwanda). The Bid security shall be duly signed and sealed by the guarantor and shall be valid until thirty days after the bids validity period.
4. A Compulsory site visit for this tender must be conducted by all interested bidders possessing clear identification of the companies they represent under the Supervision of King Faisal Hospital Rwanda agents on December 01^st. Departure shall be at the Procurement office of King Faisal Hospital Rwanda at 10:00 am prompt.

6. Well-printed bids, properly bound and presented in three copies, one of which is the original, must reach the Procurement Unit at the address mentioned below not later than December 10^th, 2021 at 2:00 pm local time prompt. Late bids shall be rejected.
7. Bids will be opened in the presence of bidders or their representatives who choose to attend at the address below on December 10^th, 2021at 2:30 pm local time in KFH, R Board room.
8. The Outer envelope should clearly indicate the tender name and the tender number.
