Job description
–Â Develop Human Resource Capacity Strategy;
–Â Ensure in collaboration with Heads of the Units, that the recruitment needs are identified and addressed;
–Â Ensure effective on job staff training and skills development;
–Â Facilitate performance evaluation and prepare report;
–Â Manage and regularly update personnel records;
–Â Ensure effective management of personnel related documentation;
–Â Develop staff retention strategy to ensure a safe and motivating work environment for all employers;
–Â Prepare monthly payroll;
–Â Coordinate usage of GMO conference hall;
–Â Organize sports, social and other related public events;
– Develop and enforce the implementation of internal rules and regulations;
–Â Coordinate transportation for the GMO;
– Ensure that requisitions for supplies are properly prepared and reviewed such that they are issued/replenished in a timely and coordinated manner;
–Â Ensure adequate management of GMO stock;
–Â Ascertain security availability and accountability of staff, materials and assets;
–Â Participate in the planning and budgeting process of the Gender Monitoring Office;
–Â Ensure management of movable and immovable assets;
–Â Supervise cleaning and sanitation services;
–Â Participate in the planning and budgeting process of the Gender Monitoring Office;
–Â To ensure clear audit in his/her work
–Â Submit periodical reports to the DAF;
–Â Performing any other activity related to the functions of the office as may be assigned by Supervisor;
