Water and Sanitation Corporation (WASAC) and Vitens Evides International (VEI) are implementing a Water Operators Partnership Project titled Scaling Universal Access to Safe and Climate Resilient Waster Services in Rwanda, with focus on Small Towns (SCALE). This is a 4-year project that is being implemented in the target Branches of Rwamagana and Nyagatare in the Eastern Province of Rwanda. The project started in January 2019 and will end in March 2024.
One of the objectives of the project is to reduce Non-Revenue Water (NRW) levels in the two target Branches. Therefore, WASAC Ltd, wishes to recruit short term staff, two (2) NRW Engineers and four (4) NRW Technicians. One Engineer and two Technicians will be affiliated and permanently based at each target Branch. Successful candidates should, therefore, be willing to work in Rwamagana and Nyagatare Branches. Both the NRW Engineer and Technician shall work under supervision and guidance of the Branch Manager.
