Job responsibilities

1. Receive and enter data relating cash received in system 2. Collect and verify receipts for all services sales according to applicable rates 3. Ensure collection of payments by all inpatients and outpatients from cashiers 4. Depositing all the collected cash on institutions account in Bank 5. Ensure full management of all documents relating cash 6. Depositing checks and payment orders 7. Prepare reports monthly, quarterly and annually and respond to inquiries concerning payment issues raised by patients. 8 Contribute to the hospital environmental hygiene 9. Submit monthly, quarterly and annually report to the supervisor 10. Managing all the cash transactions in their place of work 11. Maintaining daily account of the daily transactions 12. Checking the daily cash balance 13. Interacting with the customers that come to the counter 14.Guiding and solving queries of customers 15. Checking for the price on the price list correctly 16. Reporting discrepancies they find within the accounts to their superiors 17. Make daily report of transactions 18. Participating in quality assurance and quality improvement of the hospital 19.Perform any other duties as assigned by immediate line Manager.




Minimum qualifications

    • Advanced Diploma in Accounting
