SeaTech Rwanda ltd was registered and established in Rwanda in 2020 as a subsidiary of Sea Tech Marine Construction based Haifa – Israel. A company that specializes in oil and gas construction works, plant desalination, underwater pipe installation and repairs, salvage and recovery, reservoir cleaning and operating ROVs, underwater welding and cutting, ship construction and repairs.
Seatech is certified in oil and gas industry by the Association of Diving Contractors International [ADCI] and we use Commercial divers using surface supplied diving. Job Tittle: Diving Supervisor
Reports to: Offshore Construction Manager
Location: Site Based.
Required Number: 3
Roles & Responsibilities
- Overall responsibility for management of the dive team.
- Assuming HSE responsibilities in the absence of the HSE offshore.
- Preparation and review of risk assessments.
- Ensuring PTW and lock out tag out System is executed.
- Conducting daily stamp up meeting and Toolbox talks.
- Participation in any Management of Change exercises.
- Liaison with Project Manager and vessel Master to determine course of action.
- Preparation and issue of shift reports.
Requirements
- Experience in supervising surface supplied diving.
- Must be at least IMCA Class III certified.
- Must be Dive Medic with a valid certificate.
- Certified to carry out offshore rigging with a valid rigging certificate.
- Ability to supervise ROV operation.
