Job Description
– Reporting to the Banana Program Coordinator Senior Principal Research, the Banana and tech Transfer Research Technician has the following responsibilities:
– Assist in conducting research activities related to trial establishment and monitoring, surveys, diagnostic, sampling and outreach
– Collect research data under supervision of scientists
– Write reports
– Deliver extension messages in the respective assigned area
– Prepare and disseminate training material, deliver training.
– Prepare data introduction, cleaning and verification after collection.
– Conduct field visits by requests from partners for any emergency problem;
– Report to the Head of Program through scientist or directly
