TERMS OF REREFENCE AND PROFILE OF TEMPORARY WORKERS FOR IRS INTERVENTION
The Indoor Residual Spraying Project funded by the United States President’s Malaria Initiative (PM) through United State of Agency for International Development (USAID), provides support in planning and implementation of Indoor Residual Spraying (IRS) in Rwanda, in collaboration with the Ministry of Health (RBC/MOH), with the overall goal of reducing the burden of malaria. This is through conducting cost-effective commodity procurement and logistics systems, access to technical expertise, prevention, and management of undesired exposure to insecticide or accidental insecticide poisoning during the spray campaign, training, and timely implementation of IRS in districts affected by malaria. Abt Associates is seeking to fill various temporary district and sector positions for (IRS) project in PMI, Government of Rwanda and Global Fund supported districts as part of a large global-wide program funded by PMI/ USAID.

Key Roles and Responsibilities: Plan and organize daily, weekly and monthly projections for data management needs, Verifying data and ensuring entries are correct on daily basis, Reviews data and correct any inconsistencies in daily data forms, Make sure all data forms are entered according to defined variables, Managing all district data forms ensuring that data is sorted and organized before data is passed for entry into the system, Working closely with project Database Manager to correct data coding problems, Working closely with Database Manager to ensure correct data is captured, Working in liaison with the district coordinator in ensuring that required data is timely sent to Database Manager, Backing up the database on daily basis, Perform other duties as assigned by Database Manager and other supervisors. |
