Job Description
Demarcation of land surface for radical terraces;
Identify cut-off drains and waterways;
Determine radical terraces width, length and bow down;
Calculate the terrace spacing or Vertical Interval;
Perform any other assignment attributed by the community leader in collaboration with local leaders
Land demarcation of the site, Layout maps of the site in 1:1000 scale indicating grid lines and contour lines, water ways;
Carrying out topographical survey and preparation of plans (Layout maps) and report (Reconnaissance survey of the area);
Ensure proper supervision to check if quality standards have been followed;
Handing all field data and survey reports to the District project focal person, to RWFA and IUCN and District;
Timely report his/her duties and assignments.
