Job Description
– Coordinate all matters related to quantification and supply chain management for programmatic and essential medical commodities
– Engage, manage and align other experts, consultants and technical assistance providers as required to support supply chain and quantification
– Establish, coach and manage resources that could include seconded staff, Technical Assistance providers and third party logistics service providers (3PLs)
– Assist in inventory management, distribution, supply chain performance, and monitoring to ensure all public health facilities are adequately stocked and managing their medical commodities appropriately
– Coordinate with other donors and partners to promote planning of commodity procurement and avoid duplication of efforts and resources
– Maintain and regularly update the product list and coding structures of medical products
– Represent RBC in high level discussions or meetings on supply chain as may be required.
Minimum Qualifications

Master’s Degree in Medicine
1 Year of relevant experience

Bachelor’s Degree in Pharmacy with experience in the health sector supply chain

Fluency in Kinyarwanda, English and/or French. Knowledge of all is an added advantage
