Job Description

1. Assure that Departmental have ongoing quality assurance projects
2. Assist and follow departments in the development and Implementation of Quality Improvement plans
3. Monitoring and supporting Quality Improvement activities
4. Monitor and measure results from those projects
5. Follow the implementation of P&P day to day
6. Review and call for update policies and procedures
7. Make quality improvement projects about the implementation of P&P
8. Reviewing and evaluating all corrective actions in collaboration with Quality Assurance team
9. Maintaining records of proceedings and actions
10. Submit monthly, quarterly and annually report to the supervisor
11. Perform other related duties as required




  • Minimum Qualifications

    • Bachelor’s Degree in Public Health

      0 Year of relevant experience

    • Bachelor’s Degree in Community Health

      0 Year of relevant experience

    • Bachelor’s Degree in Global Health

      0 Year of relevant experience

    • Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing

      0 Year of relevant experience

    • Bachelor’s degree in environment health

      0 Year of relevant experience

    • Bachelor’s Degree in Clinical Medicine and Community Health

      0 Year of relevant experience

    • Bachelor’s Degree in Paramedical

      0 Year of relevant experience
