Job responsibilities
1. Culture and Drug sensitivity Testing (DST) 2. Drug Sensitivity Testing using Hain test (PCR) 3. TB slides reading, Auramine slides reading 4. Culture media, ZN, Auramine and decontamination reagents preparation 5. DST media preparation 6. Carry out TB laboratory test for Hotels 7. Carry out training of biotechnologists from Centers for Diagnosis and Treatment (CDT)of tuberculosis in (DH and HC) 8. Conduct laboratory supervision for CDT of tuberculosis (DH and HC) 9. Carry out quality control of CDT and provide feed back 10. Participate in external quality control 11. Other duties assigned by the supervisor
