Position:Customer care officer
Qualification
Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration,Economics, Travel Management,Hospitality management, Finance or Airport Management;
At least 1 year of work experience in customer care, hospitality management
Maximum age is 35
Responsabilities
To undertake day to day facilitation functions at the duty posts;
To attend VIP / Customers and provide services as required;
Handling face-to-face enquiries from customers;
