Job responsibilities
• Maintain inventory of business processes across the GoR and coordinate the updates to the inventory working with various sectors’ business analysts. • Identify opportunities to improve work processes, enhance quality of service and productivity across the GoR. • Conduct preliminary investigation for all digitization project proposals across the GoR to ensure they are in line with business objectives and needs. • Participate in business process modeling sessions identifying bottlenecks and proposing IT solutions. • Support a culture focused on customer service, and continuous improvement across the GoR. • Assist in the development of customer business cases to be automated • Participate in root cause analysis to recommend IT systems enhancements. • Stay abreast of leading practices for business process documentation and execution • Assess and communicate risks and identify client dependencies for the integration of government processes • Act as a project manager for some projects.
